Preparation of the Congregational Directory is in progress for issue by ___. Your help is needed to ensure that information to be contained in it is accurate and up-to-date.
By referring to the 2003 Directory, the pink Supplemental Directory, and the mailing label on the most recent Umbrella received, please verify that the following items are currently correct:
- Name(s) and address as shown on the Umbrella label.
- In the Directories
Your home phone number
Your e-mail ID, as applicable
Your Northern address, as applicable
If the data entries are complete and correct no further action is required. If corrections or additions are needed, please fill out the form below and return it to the Membership table or by mail to the All Faiths office. Note: new members not shown in the Directories please fill out all items in the form.
